Sherpa Kids provides , After school and Holiday Childcare to children in Ireland during term time and non-term time (school holidays).

Our services require a suitable childcare assistant who MUST HAVE SNA experience

• Start Date: immediately to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting before the school term commences.
• Job Types: Permanent ( Part-time)
• Salary: Starting from €15.33p/h
• Locations: City Cork
• Hours: After school 1-6pm Monday to Friday

Programme Assistant Duties include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day activities in a caring and fun environment.
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Own Car is a desired
• Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 1 year)
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
• Reference checks x2 required before starting.
